Welcome to the Graceland Venue
Set close to the largest movable flood barriers in the world (the Thames Barrier)
is the lovely multi-purpose and multi-function property we have called the
Graceland Building.
Set over two floors, it consists of the Grace Hall, the Grace Rooms, the Grace Conference Hall, and the Grace Lounge. The Grace Rooms can also be used for anything from a playroom to activity spaces.
With ample on street parking around, the Graceland venue is ideal for:
- Conferences and meetings
- Weddings and receptions
- Church meetings and other charitable activities
- Birthdays and all kinds of parties or celebrations
- Dinner functions
Our Halls
Grace Hall
A 300-seater hall with musical, sound, media and facility setups suitable for all functions, including conferences, concerts, prayer vigils and meetings, board meetings, presentations, workshops and parties, weddings, birthday celebrations, bridal and baby showers.
The hall can also be divided into breakout spaces. It boasts high-tech stage lighting and fast internet facilities.
The Thames Barrier can easily be viewed from the side windows. Rugged in red, the cushioned chairs are coloured to match, and there are 250 chairs available for use. In addition to the toilet facilities, there is a nursing mother’s room available on the same floor.
Additional seating can be provided with chairs from the other rooms on the first floor.
Grace Conference Hall
A 80 seater hall suitable for conferences, seminars, board meetings, presentations and workshops for smaller groups. This room can also be used for smaller reception, office, or breakout spaces. This hall is rugged blue carpet with blue-coloured chairs to match.
Grace Rooms
30 seater rooms. They are well suited for small group meetings, professional meetings, training and exhibition functions. This can also be used as a boardroom and council related meeting, sport rooms, or a recreational setting for children
Grace Lounge
This room is suited for boardroom meetings, trainings, exhibitions and breakout activities. It also has internet as well as a kitchen area. It can conveniently seat between 20-30 people. In addition to the toilet facilities, their is a nursing mother’s room available on the same floor
